Shipping Questions
Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: Shipping of any size framed or unframed art within the continental United States is
FREE. Due to the excessive size of stretched canvas/framed art and
associated shipping costs, shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and international
destinations will be shipped with canvas or print rolled and shipped in
a tube. Shipping charges are as follows:

Should any customer outside the continental United
States want a stretched or framed canvas shipped, we can accommodate
you. However, shipping charges for large packages can often exceed the
cost of the item being shipped. Please
if you desire this option and we will quote you actual

Q: How will my art be shipped?
A: We use either USPS, Fedex or UPS ground to ship your

Q: How will my art be packaged?
A: Stretched and/or framed canvas/media will be shipped bubbled wrapped and
cushioned on all sides in an oversized heavy duty shipping box.
Shipments outside the continental United States will have their art
rolled and shipped in a heavy duty shipping tube.
Original paintings will be shipped in a
Masterpak Strongbox package
capable of withstanding 350lbs. The painting is then surrounded by 3
layers of foam cushioning and a puncture guard liner. Due to excessive
shipping costs outside the continental United States, originals can only
be shipped to these destinations as rolled canvas in a tube.

Q: How quickly will I receive my order?
A: If you order is in stock, it will be shipped the next business day after
payment has been received. Shipping can take
between 3-5 business days for continental United States orders. If your order is
not in stock, delivery will be within 2-5 weeks of your order. Shipping
can take between 1-2 weeks for order outside the continental United
States.
Rush
orders are possible. Please
if a rush is needed. You will be notified with an
estimated delivery time within 1-2 business days of your order.

Q: Is my order insured when shipped?
A: Yes, insurance is included FREE with your order. All orders are insured for the value of the art being

Q: What if my order is damaged during shipment?
A: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept shipment
from the carrier. If this is not possible, please notify us and we will
send instructions to return the damaged order back to us. A new
replacement order will be sent to you. If the damaged item is an
original piece of art, we will refund your money in full.

Q: Will you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we will ship internationally to
countries where
'Paypal Send & Receive' is
available. However, your order will be shipped as rolled media
inside a shipping tube.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Shipping to a PO Box does limit our shipping choices and may extend
the delivery times. Additionally, since the packages we are shipping are larger than most PO boxes, we
highly recommend a direct address. However, if you are certain your mail
box facility can handle larger packages for you, we will ship to your PO
box. We assume no responsibility for packages once they have been
received by your mail box facility.
