Q: Is the ordering process secure?
A: Yes, our ordering process works in conjunction
with Paypal Business solutions. Paypal is an industry leader in
online payment processing. They provide you with secure online
ordering including data encryption, address verification, card security
code checks, fraud prevention and dispute resolution assistance. In
fact, your financial data is kept completely secure that even we don't
see it. Paypal manages the entire financial transaction and only
notifies us upon receipt of payment. Your credit card, bank info or

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: By law, we are required to charge sales tax to
all orders sent to California addresses. Sales tax is 7.75% of the
purchase price excluding any shipping costs. Orders sent to addresses
outside the state of California are exempt from sales tax.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
and Discover. We also accept direct bank and Paypal transfers. Though,
we work in conjunction with Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to

Q: How do I place an order online?
A: We have a safe and secure online shopping cart system that works in
conjunction with Paypal. View a painting from one of our galleries.
Select your item from the dropdown list below the large view of the
painting. If the item is framed, select the frame style and color.
Select the 'Add To Cart'
button. Your viewing web page will change to show the item in your
shopping cart. Either select the 'Continue Shopping' button to be
redirected back to our site to continue purchasing or select the
"Proceed To Checkout' to complete your transaction.
Whenever you are viewing your shopping cart, you are on the secure
Paypal site. You are not required to have a Paypal account to proceed
with your transaction. You can enter your credit card info securely on
the checkout page or enter your Paypal login info to access your Paypal
payment methods. Shipping and tax will be calculated for you. Upon
completion of your purchase, you will receive and email confirmation
from both Paypal and us.
By using this method, your financial information is kept completely
secure, even from us. Only your shipping and contact info is forwarded

Q: Can I order by phone or mail?
A: Yes, we can accept your order over the phone or by postal mail. We
will require the same information as is needed for online ordering.
